• System Information (Conditional): If you select the "Bug" category, we automatically collect technical information to help us diagnose the issue. This includes the Jyri Laitinen's eREC App version number and the macOS operating system version. This information is collected only for bug reports and is not personally identifiable on its own.
• Submission Timestamp: The date and time your feedback was submitted.

We do not collect your name, precise location, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily include it within the free-text 'Subject' or 'Description' fields.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your email address and specific system information will never be made public. Feedback is only made public if you provide explicit consent and after manual review by our team.

We process your information based on the following legal grounds:

• Consent: By submitting the feedback form, you consent to the processing of the information you provide (including your optional email address, if submitted) for the purposes described above. • Legitimate Interest: We have a legitimate interest in collecting System Information (App version and OS version) only when you submit a "Bug" to enable us to effectively diagnose and fix technical issues with the App.

Access to the feedback database is restricted to authorized personnel only via a secure administration interface requiring strong authentication.

We retain the feedback data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., for analysing trends, tracking bug fixes, or responding to users) or until you request its deletion, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your submitted information to outside parties. This does not include trusted hosting providers who assist us in operating our website and database, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and secure. We may release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
