We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, privacy, and data protection laws.
• Obtain all necessary permissions and consents before recording any content involving third parties.
• When using the App to create content for YouTube, ensure that your content complies with YouTube's terms of service and community guidelines.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to the content you create.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Feedback Submission and Visibility

You may submit feedback, bug reports, or development ideas through the App. When submitting feedback, you have the option to consent to making your feedback public. If you provide consent, your feedback content (but not your email) may be displayed on our public Feedback page for other users to view. Your email, if provided, will remain private and visible only to admins for follow-up purposes.

Admins may review your feedback and mark it as "checked" to indicate it has been addressed. Feedback that you do not consent to being made public will remain private and visible only to admins.

5. Privacy

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. App Store Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including, but not limited to:

1. product liability claims;
2. any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and
3. claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

12. Age Restriction

The App is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
